Why Neptune-style triggers instead of a standard “gate” entrance?
Testing has shown that in fishing areas with stronger currents or tidal movement, conventional entrances can open and your crabs can escape. But Neptune-style entrances will continue to work and hold crabs when others would fail. Additionally, they’ll work even if the crab pot gets flipped over or lands at an angle.
This crab trap is easy to use and carry, comes with an attached four-way harness, and opens from the top for easy baiting and catch removal.
